Chef Mona Ameri | Founder & Creative Director
Chef Mona's career is defined by excellence in the world's most demanding culinary markets. Her journey began in Dubai, where she trained in the kitchen of the legendary Chef Gary Rhodes and graduated from the prestigious ICCA Culinary School.
After successfully launching her first catering company, "Mama's Food," she brought her talents to San Diego and Las Vegas. With a Master's degree in Hotel Management and deep Persian-Jewish roots, Mona fuses the precision of high-end international kitchens with the warmth of heritage cooking.
